Abstract: The article considers the issue of testing an autonomous quarry dump truck being developed as part of a comprehensive project on the topic "Development and creation of high-tech production of autonomous heavy platforms for unpopulated mining in the Smart Quarry system". The types of tests at the stage of development of a prototype of an autonomous quarry dump truck have been established. A test program and methodology should be developed for each test. To confirm the compliance of the developed autonomous mining dump truck with the requirements of the technical specification, the following parameters are highlighted: main external dimensions; external noise; technical characteristics of the prototype. On the example of conformity assessment, methods of measuring technical parameters are presented, which together form the program and methodology of preliminary tests.
