Abstract: The article presents the concept of development of the operating system of the technological complex of the mining enterprise. The essence of the concept is to ensure the complementarity of subsystems for the technical use and repair maintenance of equipment, which makes it possible to rationally use labor, material, technical, energy and financial resources in the process of operating the technological complex, as well as to achieve the required for sustainable generation of enterprise profit and satisfaction the needs of its employees the level of efficiency, reliability and safety of the implementation of the production cycle. It is substantiated that it is expedient to use a new indicator - the reduced duration of the production cycle - as an indicator of the effectiveness of the operating system of the technological complex, which makes it possible to evaluate the overall result of the operation of all equipment of the technological complex. The reduced duration of the production cycle is determined by the total reduced operating time of the equipment of the technological complex, spent on the passage of a unit of production of a mining enterprise through all technological stages of the production cycle until the stage of readiness for shipment to the consumer. To implement the developed concept for the development of the operating system of the technological complex of a mining enterprise, a number of logical relationships were determined between the conditions and modes of operation of equipment, the organization and technology of repair maintenance with the reduced duration and cost of the production cycle of a mining enterprise. From the standpoint of the proposed concept, the results of the activities of a dynamically developing domestic coal mining enterprise - the Chernogorsky open pit of LLC SUEK-Khakassia for 2010-2020 are considered.
