Abstract: Within the framework of this work, we consider some results obtained in the field of analysis of the parameters of mechanical vibrations of the energy-mechanical equipment of mining machines operating in the conditions of coal enterprises in Kuzbass. The implementation of the developed concept of using new unified diagnostic criteria for short- and medium-term forecasting of processes of changes in the technical condition of mining equipment can be used to solve the problem of reducing the share of unproductive downtime of mining shovels and optimizing the logistics costs of coal enterprises. The main target of this work is to search for promising opportunities for using the developed unified diagnostic criteria in relation to solving the problem of determining and predicting the degradation processes of the actual state of a wide range of energy-mechanical equipment of mining machines. When performing the work, a comprehensive diagnostic approach was used to analyze the parameters of vibration generated during the operation of mining machine equipment, including the results of spectral analysis in extended frequency and dynamic ranges, analysis of the spectrum envelope and kurtosis. The correctness of the proposed set of diagnostic methodologies is confirmed by the results of using new unified criteria developed to assess and predict the actual condition of mining equipment. The proposed approach to modeling degradation processes in complex mechanical systems, developed taking into account the specific operating conditions of mining equipment at coal enterprises in Kuzbass, can be applied as part of the implementation of the concept of servicing the equipment in use according to its actual condition.
