Abstract: This article presents an analysis of emergency situations that arise during the operation of the RailVeyor transport system at the Dolinny mine in Kazakhstan. The system consists of a number of trolleys on single-axle rails and is moved by side tires on traction drive stations. The RailVeyor transport system runs on electric traction and is environmentally friendly. Conveyor trains are successfully operated at the Dolinny mine, providing round-the-clock transportation of goods at an average speed of three meters per second and a productivity of 1,500 tons/day. Thanks to the automatic control system and flexibility, the system is able to cope with difficult conditions in the mine. However, the enterprise has a significant number of emergency situations, which indicates the relevance of research in this area. Accidents are grouped according to general causes - design, structural, energy and organizational. For each group, the cause of the problem is identified and a detailed solution is described. The article proposes possible solutions to certain problems in order to increase the efficiency of transportation by conveyor train systems in the conditions of mining enterprises
