Abstract: In this paper, the problem of the mine hoist vessels operating with a high service life that exceeding the equipment’s designated service life was examines. The cases of mine hoisting installations skips destruction described showed in the article not only mechanical wear of such equipment, but also their fatigue damage. This indicates impact of the dynamic forces. The repair of this equipment is not sufficiently regulated and, with its low quality, complete destruction of vessels is possible. In paper, examples of relevant incidents was describes. A comprehensive analysis of the equipment bucket mine hoist operation made it possible to identify the influence of the drive operating mode on equipment wear. The authors presented the results of the conducted dynamic tests, that including a recording the buckets vertical accelerations are during the operation of the hoist plant, and information at the motor currents and the hoisting speed of the vessels. The hoist speed diagram causes the excitation of transients and vibrations of the vessel with rope. Taking into account the accompanying interaction with the mine shaft conductors, the hoist vessels was experience a dynamic forces. The authors, using the example of a bucket hoist installation, have demonstrated that it is possible to maintain the operational technical condition of these vessels by optimizing speed diagram and ensuring smooth vessel movement.
