Abstract: Relevance of the work. This work covers the results of research in the field of monitoring the parameters of mechanical vibrations of crushing and screening equipment, obtained using new unified diagnostic criteria developed taking into account the specifics of operating conditions and design features of various energy-mechanical equipment used in coal mines and stone quarries of Kuzbass. The methodology for creating unified criteria is based on the integrated use of vibration diagnostic data and allows for forecasting changes in the actual state of the technical devices being examined for up to sixty calendar days, which makes it possible to use the results obtained to solve the problem of finding defects in mining equipment and minimizing the risks of emergency situations in the context of a system of scheduled preventive maintenance. Purpose of the work: Analysis of the possibilities provided by the use of new unified diagnostic criteria for complex diagnostics based on vibration parameters and predicting changes in the actual state of belt conveyor drives. Research methods: The work was carried out using comprehensive results of monitoring the vibration parameters of energy-mechanical equipment of belt conveyors, including data from spectral analysis, envelope analysis and excess. Results: The efficiency of using the proposed uniform diagnostic criteria is confirmed by the results of the performed monitoring and forecasting of the technical condition of belt conveyors, which opens up additional prospects for expanding the scope of application of new approaches to the diagnostics of crushing and sorting equipment. The obtained data proved useful for improving the maintenance of mining equipment and implementing elements of equipment maintenance systems based on its actual condition.
